Radar Brasil assesses the level of implementation of climate federalism in Brazil, mapping governance components, policies and plans, programs and financing lines related to climate action, and measuring results through standardized criteria across axes and components.
The interactive tool synthesizes the performance of federative entities into a single Country Score. This score is the result of a funnel assessment: we start from the analysis of each component and then arrive at the synthesis of the whole.
Each climate federalism component is assessed individually, based on level criteria and parameters. The results of these assessments are aggregated into the analytical axes and finally consolidated into the Country Level.
