This 2025 CHAMP Summary of Activities Report takes stock of a pivotal year for multilevel climate action.
As Parties prepared updated NDCs, CHAMP served as a platform for embedding stronger subnational content and advancing the principle of whole-of-society climate governance. This report captures how the coalition expanded its reach, mobilized finance, and positioned multilevel action at the center of global climate diplomacy.
